The use of the Websites is subject to the following conditions (hereinafter the "Terms and Conditions"), which must be fulfilled by the Users of the Websites (from this part forward the "User").
Beat Warehouse Inc. reserves the right to modify or adapt the Terms and Conditions of Use, and the Privacy Policies to legislative, doctrinal changes, general industry practices, or company policies. These modifications and/or adaptations will produce their effects from the moment of their publication on the Website.
Each time you visit a Website, read the Terms and Conditions of Use carefully, because for all legal purposes, it will be understood that by using the Website, you accept the Terms and Conditions of Use.

BEAT WAREHOUSE is Tae Beat and Fit With Maisa’s official home. A place of integral physical conditioning that involves Tae Kwon Do, functional training, and dance for women. Nutrition, nourishment and training is what you will find.
 
Our products and services
In the WEBSITE you can purchase various products and services for your physical training. Among our services are:
• Subscriptions to training videos to do at home.
• Access to challenges, personal coaching 1:1 , and tickets to events.
All our products and services are subject to availability and must be cancelled according to our payment policies. The delivery of the product or service will be carried out as it is contemplated in our shipping and return policies.
 
Payment Policies
The Products and Services available for purchase by the user must be cancelled through the SHOPIFY payment platform approved by CREDICORP BANK.
The User must cancel the entire product or service for its delivery or the access to it. Payment plans will not be accepted.
 
Services, Materials and Information
The Websites allow Users to access and use services offered by the Websites themselves and other sites, by Users thereof and by other third party service providers (hereinafter, the "Services").
 
In the same way, the Websites allow Users to access and use materials and information offered by the Websites and other sites, by Users thereof and by other third party material suppliers (hereinafter, the "Materials").
 
The Materials include any image, text, graphic, drawing, illustration, video, sound or image file, photograph, recording, computer program, logos, and trademarks, in general, any kind of material or content, these expressions must be interpreted in its broadest sense.
 
The Materials and Websites are protected under national legislation and international deals on intellectual and industrial property ratified by Panama and the United States of America and are in force. You may only make strictly personal and non-commercial use of the Materials and the Websites; and may not hand over, commercialize, sell, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, change, transform, publish, store, exhibit, copy, edit, adapt, prepare works or take advantage in any other way with all or part of the Materials, or of the Websites, without prior written authorization given by the company and its owner if it were different from the Company, and provided that in case of having such authorizations, the source is cited. You must be subject to any additional condition or restriction, contained in the Material accessed through the Websites.
 
The intellectual property of these Terms and Conditions of Use belongs to Beat Warehouse Inc.
Beat Warehouse Inc. may modify at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Websites and the conditions to access them.
 
You may also suspend, discontinue, modify or eliminate, at any time, without cause and without prior notice, the Services and/or Materials offered on the Websites and the conditions to access and use these Services and/or Materials.

What information do we collect?
When you buy a product or service on our website, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address and web mail address.

Our store is hosted by SHOPIFY, who provide us with the electronic commercial platform that allows us to sell our products and services. Its data is stored in the data warehouse, databases and general application of SHOPIFY. They store their data on a secure server protected by a firewall.
 
Payment
If you decide on a direct payment gate to complete your purchase, then BEAT WAREHOUSE INC stores your credit card information. These are encrypted through the Data Security Standard for the Payment Card Industry (PCI-DSS). The data of your purchase transaction is stored only as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After it is completed, the information of your purchase transaction is deleted.
 
All direct payment portals adhere to the standard established by PCI-DSS, as it is handled by the Security Standards Board of the PCI, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
 
The requirements of the PCI-DSS help ensure the safe handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

The Responsibility of the User
The User accepts that the use of the Websites, Services and Materials is made freely and voluntarily by the User and under his sole and exclusive responsibility.
The User shall indemnify and keep Beat Warehouse Inc unharmed, including its owners, agents, representatives, executives, directors, employees, advisors, collaborators or licensors (the "Company Related"), as well as other Users or third parties, against any damage, loss, cost and expense (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees and expenses), arising out of or related to any claim, or complaint, arising from any infringement where The User will incur the Terms and Conditions, or the declarations and guarantees contained herein. You must cooperate as much as reasonably required in the defense of said claim. In any case, Beat Warehouse Inc. reserves the right to assume the defense and exclusive control of any of these lawsuits.
 
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if as a result of a breach by the User of the Terms and Conditions, if applicable, Beat Warehouse Inc., was obliged to pay fines, compensation or other type of payment, that result from the application of an administrative measure or a judicial resolution, the User must reimburse Beat Warehouse the amount paid for that reason, within a maximum period of thirty days counted from the communication to the User of the reimbursement request.
 
Exclusion of Guarantees.
The User accepts that the Websites, the Materials, the Services and the information, facts, opinions, advice, statements and contents of these (the "Contents"), they are provided "as they are", without guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, guarantees as to their quality, validity, truthfulness, suitability, usefulness, precision, accuracy or reliability.
 
Beat Warehouse Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage of any kind that may arise as a result of or on occasion or in connection with the User's use of the Websites, the Services, the Materials or the Contents, whether the Services, Materials or Contents are offered or housed inside or outside the Websites, and whether the Services, Materials or Contents are offered by the Company, by other Users or by third parties.
The User personally assumes the consequences of their decision to use the Websites, the Materials, the Services and the Contents. The use that the User makes of the Websites, the Materials, the Services and the Contents is at your own risk. Neither Beat Warehouse Inc., nor those related to the Company, shall be liable to the User or any person for any loss, damage or direct or indirect damages, arising from the use that the User makes of the Websites, the Materials, the Services and the Contents, or the impossibility that the User has to make use of them or any action taken as a result of their use. You waive any action against Beat Warehouse Inc. from now on and the Related Company arising out of your use of the Websites, Materials, Services and Contents.

Termination
Beat Warehouse Inc. reserves the right to offer access to the Websites or to certain Materials and Services under the condition that the User signs in or registers and/or under the condition of payment of a previously determined price and informed to the User
Beat Warehouse Inc. also reserves the right to deny, cancel, interrupt, suspend or end the service of any User to access the Websites, Materials or Services at any time, without prior notice, and without expression of cause.
 
Absence of User's Rights
The User shall not be granted any license, authorization or any other right with regard to the intellectual property rights or any other nature belonging to Beat Warehouse Inc., or any other right.
 
Claim Procedure for Intellectual Property Infringement
Any person, who believes that one or more of the Materials that are hosted on the Websites violates an intellectual property right that belongs to them, should send to Beat Warehouse Inc. their written and signed claim, attaching the following information:
Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the claimant and, if acting through a representative, the representative and accreditation of the power by which they act.
 
Clear, accurate and complete indication of the Materials included in the Websites that allegedly violate the intellectual property of the claimant and their location.
 
Expression of the grounds on which the claimants base their intellectual property right on the Materials referred in the previous words.
 
Declaration in which the claimants express that their intellectual property right over the Materials referred to, in the b) words above has been violated, stating that he has not given his consent for the use of the aforementioned Materials.
 
Applicable law and dispute resolution
The General Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the Republic of Panama.
